Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

HanshImages sells digital photography licenses. Due to the nature of digital products, which can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, we have a limited refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download the purchased image due to technical problems on our end that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same image twice within 24 hours.
  • Image Quality: If the downloaded image is significantly different from the preview or is corrupted.
  • Payment Error: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong license type (personal vs. commercial)
  • Inability to use the image due to your own technical limitations
  • Images that have already been downloaded and used
  • Claims made more than 7 days after purchase

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment is processed and download links are generated, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a refund as per the eligibility criteria above.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact Page
  2. Provide your order ID/email used for purchase
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Bank processing times may vary.

Refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank/card issuer.

7. License Exchange

If you purchased the wrong license type (e.g., Personal instead of Commercial), we may offer to upgrade your license for the price difference rather than processing a refund. Contact us to discuss options.
