3. License Types

3.1 Personal License

The Personal License grants you the right to use the purchased image for:

• Personal, non-commercial projects
• Social media posts (personal accounts only)
• Personal prints and displays
• Educational purposes (non-commercial)

3.2 Commercial License

The Commercial License grants you the right to use the purchased image for:

• Commercial websites and marketing materials
• Advertising campaigns
• Products for resale (with limitations)
• Business presentations and publications
• Social media for business purposes

4. Restrictions

Regardless of license type, you may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original image files
• Claim ownership or copyright of the images
• Use images in a defamatory, pornographic, or illegal manner
• Use images to imply endorsement of products or services
• Use images in templates or products intended for resale

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be completed before download links are provided.

6. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive download links via email and on the order confirmation page. Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads per purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All images remain the intellectual property of HanshImages. Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer copyright ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

HanshImages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our images or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
