Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

HanshImages exclusively sells digital photography licenses. There are no physical products to ship. All deliveries are made electronically via download links.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive your purchased images through:

  • Immediate Download: Download buttons are displayed on the order confirmation page immediately after payment.
  • Email Retrieval: You can retrieve eligible downloads later using the email address provided during checkout and a one-time verification code.

3. Delivery Timeline

Instant Delivery: Download access is available immediately upon successful payment confirmation. In most cases, this takes only a few seconds.

Email OTP Delivery: Verification codes are typically delivered within a few minutes. If you don't receive one, please check your spam folder.

4. Download Link Validity

  • Access Window: Purchased files remain retrievable for up to 3 months from payment.
  • Single-Use Links: Each download button generates a fresh short-lived link that can be used only once.
  • File Format: Images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format.

5. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your download links:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder
  2. Verify you used the correct email address
  3. Wait up to 15 minutes for payment processing
  4. Use the My Downloads page to request a fresh verification code
  5. Contact us if the issue persists

6. Failed Downloads

If you experience issues downloading your purchased images:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try using a different browser
  • Disable any download-blocking extensions
  • Return to the order page or My Downloads to generate a new single-use link

7. Link Renewal

If a single-use download link expires before you use it, return to the order page or My Downloads to generate another one. After the 3-month access window, please contact us with your order details.

8. No Physical Shipping

Please note that we do not offer physical prints or shipping of any kind. All products are delivered digitally only.
