HanshImages exclusively sells digital photography licenses. There are no physical products to ship. All deliveries are made electronically via download links.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive your purchased images through:

• Immediate Download: Download links are displayed on the order confirmation page immediately after payment.
• Email Confirmation: Download links are also sent to the email address provided during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

Instant Delivery: Download links are generated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. In most cases, this takes only a few seconds.

Email Delivery: Confirmation emails are typically delivered within 5-10 minutes. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder.

4. Download Link Validity

• Duration: Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Download Limit: Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads.
• File Format: Images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format.

5. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your download links:

1. Check your spam/junk email folder
2. Verify you used the correct email address
3. Wait up to 15 minutes for payment processing
4. Contact us if the issue persists

6. Failed Downloads

If you experience issues downloading your purchased images:

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Try using a different browser
• Disable any download-blocking extensions
• Contact us for assistance or link renewal

7. Link Renewal

If your download link has expired before you could download the image, contact us with your order details. We can generate a new download link for valid purchases.

8. No Physical Shipping

Please note that we do not offer physical prints or shipping of any kind. All products are delivered digitally only.
